We have 3 major departments —Communications, Operations & Policy, and Political. Each department has different responsibilities, but regardless everyone works together as a team to ensure the smooth operation of the Campaign.
The Operations Department is responsible for overseeing the schedule, planning events, advancing programs, preparing the candidate for a meeting, assisting the finance team with compliance, and ensuring that the campaign is running smoothly. Responsibilities may include, amongst others, researching and planning potential events, planning upcoming campaign trips, preparing day plans, coordinating an event or trip, developing policy ideas, drafting policy papers, and preparing the candidate on potential policies.
